Coming up in around a month is this years annual Skyline festival at Fuji speedway. Its a model specific version of the more famous Nismo festival and skyline lovers wet dream.

Lead up to the Skyline Festival
DMC – North Chiba
One of the many random spots discovered from late night aimless wandering was DMC – Dootech Motor Care. My attention was initially gained from a partly disassembled Ferrari receiving some repairs. European supercars don’t get my taste buds tingling but for a shop to be trusted with such a repair it implies there is something special about their standards. Check the shelves in the back of the workshop.

Auszoku Weekly
Our hard drives are overflowing with content, folders of original photos and coverage from Japan, adding to that are wall papers, internet finds and local event coverage. There’s no excuse for limited posts here so we have decided that at minimum the TOR blog will get weekly love. If time permits we will throw in some extras between the larger features. Jump in the seat and belt up for some original low down content.

Small details add up quickly… Add a few yellow lenses, a front lip and a team sticker. Remove the grill and rearrange some badges. Then hide some horns for a bit of fun.

Australia, and most other countries receive only a small portion of the Japanese domestic line up. Manufacturers choose which models get exported as new and import rules determine what is economically safe to bring in.
