Walking around Yokohama taking shots of the normal tourist sites, like the compulsory ferris wheel which every prefecture needs to have at least two or three, I discovered something that I didn’t know existed. This isn’t a hello kitty charm on your bright pink Softbank phone modification either, welcome to the world of completely custom scooters.

Japan has a huge motorbike culture, mainly for practical reasons but like most things in japan, they don’t do bikes by halfs. I’ll let pictures do the talking this time, there’s a huge range of bikes in Japan from monkey bikes to Harleys, keeping this on topic ill post bikes that you would only see in Japan.

If you caught my first post, I mentioned that within 2 hours in japan I’d come across something cool. After grabbing the shot of the Daihatsu Move and our first of many convenience store meals we headed for the hotel, after not even 30 seconds of walking and I could hear the unmistakeable revving of two motorbikes! Id seen it in magazines, watched it online and now it’s right there in front of me.
